This Privacy Policy governs the processing and use of personal and other data on the Site.

By submitting personal and other data to the Site via the Site, the User confirms their consent to the use of the specified data on the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure. Relationships related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other official documents and the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus. By using the Site, the User expresses their full consent to the terms of this Policy. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site must be immediately terminated.

1. TERMS

1.1. Website – a website located on the Internet at https://vitba.by/. All exclusive rights to the Website and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to the website in full.

1.2. User – a person using the Website.

1.3. Legislation – the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

1.4. Personal data – the User’s personal data that the User provides about himself/herself independently or in the process of using the functionality of the Website.

1.5. Data – other data about the User (not included in the concept of Personal data).

1.6. Service (s) – services provided by the website.

2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The Site collects and stores only the Personal Data that is necessary to provide the Site services and interact with the User.

2.2. Personal Data may be used for the following purposes:

2.2.1 providing Services to the User, including for the purpose of the User receiving targeted advertising;

2.2.2 identifying the User;

2.2.3 interacting with the User;

2.2.4 sending the User advertising materials, information and requests;

2.2.5 conducting statistical and other research;

2.3. The Site processes the following data, among other things:

2.3.1 user name and contact phone number;

2.3.2 email address;

2.3.3 data that is automatically transferred to the Services during their use using the software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, cookie information, information about the user's browser (or other program used to access the Services), access time, and the address of the requested page.

2.4. The User is prohibited from indicating personal data of third parties on the Site.

3. PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA

3.1. The Site undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

3.2. Personal data and other User Data are kept confidential, except in cases where the said data is publicly available.

3.3. The Site has the right to keep an archive copy of Personal data.

3.4. The Site has the right to transfer Personal data and User Data without the User's consent to the following persons:

3.4.1 government agencies, including inquiry and investigation agencies, and local government bodies upon their reasoned request;

3.4.2 partners;

3.4.3 in other cases expressly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

3.5. The Site has the right to transfer Personal data to third parties not specified in clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy, in the following cases:

3.5.1 The User has expressed their consent to such actions;

3.5.2 The transfer is necessary within the framework of the User's use of the Site or the provision of Services to the User;

3.5.3 The transfer occurs within the framework of the sale or other transfer of a business (in whole or in part), in which case all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy are transferred to the acquirer.

3.6. The User's personal data shall be processed without time limitation, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

4.1. The Site shall ensure proper protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Law and shall take the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data.

4.2. The applied security measures, among other things, allow to protect Personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with them by third parties.

5. OTHER PROVISIONS

5.1. This Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy shall be subject to the law of the Republic of Belarus.

5.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation at the place of registration of the company. Before going to court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the company a corresponding claim in writing. The period for a response to a claim is 30 (thirty) business days.

5.3. If for any reason one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.

5.4. The Site has the right to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time without prior approval from the User. All changes shall take effect the day after they are posted on the Site.

5.5. The new version of the Policy shall take effect from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

6.2. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Privacy Policy by reviewing the current version.
